Critical Stability Patch

• New loader (SD2IEC will no longer work)
• Map Editor now included. (disk image has also all 10 first maps).

Critical patch to major update. Fixes, easy-level settings and crash on draw in the top of the screen. Also some other minor changes. Easy level playtimes increased. Still some glitches and will be fixed ASAP.
